Julio's Engineering Portfolio

I am a Robotics Engineering graduate and M.S. Electrical & Computer Engineering student at Michigan State University, passionate about robotics, innovation, and solving real-world problems through engineering. My academic and professional journey has allowed me to work across different fields, environments, and countries, from university research labs and industry in the United States to R&D engineering work in Spain. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong interest in autonomous systems, embedded technologies, control systems, and intelligent robotics.

Beyond engineering, I am also interested in entrepreneurship and the process of turning technical ideas into practical solutions. As the founder of Real Robotics, I am exploring how autonomous drone systems can support first responders in search-and-rescue and emergency response missions. I enjoy working at the intersection of research, technology, and business, where ideas can grow from early concepts into meaningful products.
